Job Summary

This role involves providing technical expertise and sales support within the spare parts division of a global leader in beverage and food packaging machinery. As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for creating quotes and clarifying orders for electrical spare parts based on customer inquiries and field reports. You will act as a technical consultant for global service centers and on-site service technicians, helping to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Additionally, you will play a key role in the component obsolescence process by evaluating and coordinating technical alternatives. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys a mix of technical problem-solving and customer interaction. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the electrical field with further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician; alternatively, a University Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the electrical field, specifically within spare parts sales or technical service
  • Experience in creating technical quotes and order clarification for industrial machinery
  • Proven background in providing technical advice and support to field technicians and service centers
  • Experience with automation systems and electrical documentation (E-Plan)
  • Experience working within an SAP environment is preferred
