Your day-to-day responsibilities involve preparing technical quotes and clarifying orders for electrical spare parts based on customer inquiries and field assembly reports. You will provide expert technical support to Krones Lifecycle Service Centers worldwide and offer direct guidance to service technicians on-site regarding technical issues. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing component obsolescence by evaluating and coordinating technical alternatives.
