Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for the documentation and monitoring of a comprehensive Tax Compliance Management System (TCMS) within a public administration setting. Your daily activities include identifying and mitigating tax risks, preparing profit calculations and balance sheets for commercial-style municipal operations, and handling e-balance sheets and taxonomy requirements. You will serve as a key point of contact for tax authorities, manage tax audits, and provide internal consultancy on tax implications for organizational concepts and contracts. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, or Tax Law. Specifically: Qualification for the 3rd entry level of the administrative service (Diplom-Finanzwirt or equivalent Bachelor's degree).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in an equivalent tax-related role is preferred
- Professional experience in preparing balance sheets and tax declarations
- Experience in communicating with tax authorities and managing external audits
- Experience in analyzing and documenting complex tax matters
