Job Summary

This role involves the professional and disciplinary leadership of the CAFM team within the Central Building Management department. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for the operation, continuous development, and quality assurance of the CAFM system, including the final implementation of iTWO. Your day-to-day will include steering and optimizing facility management processes such as maintenance, space, and contract management. You will act as a vital interface between Facility Management, IT, Controlling, and external service providers. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Proven experience in leadership or team management roles
  • Extensive experience with common CAFM systems (e.g., Planon, Speedikon, Archibus, or pit-FM)
  • Practical experience in project management and collaboration with IT departments
  • Professional experience in technical and infrastructural facility management processes
