Job Summary

This role involves managing the full lifecycle of municipal road and structural engineering projects for the Zwickau District Office. Day-to-day, you will evaluate funding applications from local municipalities, ensuring technical plausibility and compliance with legal guidelines. You will be responsible for the planning and preparation of engineering measures, including drafting task descriptions, negotiating HOAI contracts with engineering firms, and securing building permits. During the execution phase, you will supervise construction progress, lead site meetings, and conduct technical inspections and final acceptances according to VOB standards. Required Skills

Education
