Job Summary
This full-time position within the Zwickau District Office Environmental Department involves the legal and technical processing of facilities requiring permits under the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG). The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting permits, partial approvals, and subsequent orders, while also managing facilities that do not require formal permits. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating technical statements, handling administrative offenses, and coordinating the district's position as a 'public interest representative' in third-party licensing procedures. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in public administration (minimum 3 years required if degree is in Environmental Protection/Technology)
- Experience in processing permits and legal statements under the Federal Immission Control Act
- Experience in handling administrative offenses and regulatory orders
- Proven ability in cross-departmental coordination and communication
