Job Summary

This role involves leading technically demanding infrastructure projects within the fields of civil engineering, tunneling, and special foundation engineering in the Hamburg area. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the independent execution of projects in terms of scheduling, economic efficiency, and quality standards. Your day-to-day duties include commissioning and coordinating subcontractors, strategic contract management for construction and engineering agreements, and rigorous cost and deadline control. You will also lead and manage a construction management team, representing the company in client meetings and internal team briefings. Required Skills

Education

  • At least 3 years of experience in senior construction supervision (Bauoberleitung) on the client side is desirable
  • Experience in leading engineering teams of more than 10 employees
  • Professional experience in strategic contract management and project execution
