Job Summary
As a Project Lead or Engineer specializing in Electrical Engineering for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, you will take full responsibility for the planning and design of electrical installations across residential, commercial, and specialized buildings. Your daily activities will span the entire project lifecycle, covering all HOAI service phases from initial design to site supervision and quality control. You will provide expert consultancy during technical inspections and building evaluations, ensuring projects meet strict deadlines and quality standards. This role is ideal for technical experts who enjoy a mix of office-based design and on-site execution. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Engineering, State-certified Technician, or Master Craftsman (Meister) specializing in Supply Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field. A background in vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology is preferred.
Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in electrical engineering or building services.
- Professional experience in planning and configuring electrical systems for residential and commercial buildings.
- Proven experience managing the full scope of HOAI service phases (1-9).
- Experience in construction management, quality control, and schedule monitoring.
- Practical experience with CAD and technical calculation programs.

Additional
- Willingness to travel for business trips and site visits is required. Must be eligible for a permanent full-time employment contract in Germany.
