Job Summary
This role involves supporting the State Laboratory of Berlin-Brandenburg (LLBB) in its mission to protect public health, animal welfare, and the environment. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for the daily preparation and processing of food samples for elemental analysis. Key duties include performing microwave digestion, precise weighing using specialized technology, homogenizing samples, and maintaining control charts. You will also manage results within a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and ensure the meticulous cleaning of trace-analysis laboratory glassware. Experience
- Professional experience as a laboratory technician or in a similar laboratory environment
- Experience in handling hazardous substances and adhering to safety protocols
- Experience with laboratory data management systems and documentation
- Practical experience in physicochemical analysis and sample homogenization
- Proven ability in time management and organizational tasks within a lab setting
