Job Summary

As a Working Student in the Metering department, you will play a key role in supporting the digitalization of Berlin's energy transition. Your daily responsibilities include optimizing internal information flows using Microsoft 365, creating departmental newsletters, and managing the SharePoint platform for collaboration and documentation. You will also work closely with the communications department to support events, trade fairs, and film projects while assisting with office digitalization initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive student who enjoys combining technical IT affinity with creative communication tasks. The position offers a high degree of flexibility to accommodate university schedules, providing a professional entry point into a major infrastructure company at the intersection of energy, politics, and the public sector. You will be part of a 200-person team focused on sustainable urban development and modernizing the power grid for 3.7 million customers.

Required Skills

Education

Currently enrolled student (Immatriculated) in Media Informatics, Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Current enrollment in a university degree program (Media Informatics, Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or similar)
  • Professional experience or academic background in communication and creative writing
  • Practical experience using MS Office 365 tools for collaboration
  • Demonstrated reliability and ambition in achieving project goals
  • Experience or interest in infrastructure and energy transition topics
