Job Summary
As a Senior Output Management Developer, you will join an agile team at Deutsche Post AG's Pension Service to develop and maintain a large-scale pension payment platform. Your primary focus will be the professional management of the Serie/M (kwsoft) output system, which includes migrating established frameworks and document templates from M/Text-Classic 6.x to TONIC. You will work closely with business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical concepts and take ownership of their implementation. Beyond development, you will handle DevOps responsibilities, troubleshooting production issues, and optimizing operational processes. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Diploma/Master), preferably in Computer Science.
Experience
- At least 4 years of professional experience in Output Management Systems, specifically with Serie/M 6.x Classic or TONIC.
- Professional experience in software development within an agile environment.
- Experience working with containerization and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker/Podman.
- Proven track record in using messaging platforms like Apache Kafka.
- Experience in database management, particularly with Oracle.
- Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools.
