Job Summary

As a Working Student in the Corporate Real Estate IT department at DHL Group, you will play a hands-on role in shaping digital solutions for a global logistics leader. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the further development and maintenance of automation solutions and applications, specifically working with technologies like Angular, Power Automate, and Azure. You will handle change requests, bug fixes, and independent troubleshooting via support tickets, while also contributing to innovative projects involving Artificial Intelligence. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional IT environment, supporting the technical documentation and monitoring of interfaces. It is an ideal position for students looking to apply their theoretical knowledge to real-world digitalization challenges within a supportive team of 650 experts. Required Skills

Education

Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (Computer Science, STEM, Economics, or Social Sciences).

Experience

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, STEM, Economics, or Social Sciences
  • Initial practical experience through internships, previous working student roles, or personal projects is preferred
  • Experience with software development lifecycles including testing and documentation
  • Familiarity with handling support tickets and interface monitoring
