As a Product Owner for Conversational AI at DHL Group's Post & Parcel division in Bonn, you will spearhead the development of innovative digital customer service solutions. You will be responsible for the success and evolution of the AI-based VoiceBot 'Jana' and ChatBot 'Marie,' which handle private customer inquiries regarding mail and parcel services. Operating within an agile SCRUM environment, your daily tasks involve translating complex business requirements into user stories and epics, conducting performance analyses, and prioritizing the product backlog. You will collaborate closely with IT architects, developers, and stakeholders to implement cutting-edge technologies that enhance bot capabilities. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification with several years of relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in software project management
  • Extensive practical experience with agile development methods such as SCRUM or SAFe
  • Proven track record in modeling business requirements and translating them into technical IT requirements
  • Experience in customer service or the mail/parcel logistics industry is preferred
  • Practical experience using agile tools like Jira
