As a Data Engineer for the DA3CH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you will be the driving force behind the technical integration of commercial pharmaceutical data sources. You will design and implement local and regional data architectures, transforming sales and activity data into harmonized, reusable data models that power analytics and AI applications. Working at the intersection of technology and business, you will collaborate with Data Stewards and Scientists to build robust pipelines using modern tools like Snowflake and Dagster. This role is critical for enabling product teams to meet financial KPIs through data-driven insights. Required Skills

Education

Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or Economics)

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in relational database modeling and programming
  • Professional experience in building efficient data architectures and automated data pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with data-warehouse technologies and integrating heterogeneous data sources
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare environment preferred
  • Experience with commercial sales and activity data (e.g., Veeva CRM, IQVIA) preferred
