Job Summary
This role involves managing the administrative office of the Advisory Board for Migration and Integration for the City of Frankenthal. You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and strategic development of the 'Integreat' app, ensuring vital information reaches the local migrant community. Your duties include organizing and documenting board meetings, acting as a liaison between the board and city administration, and coordinating networking activities with local integration stakeholders. Additionally, you will plan and execute integrative events and manage the department's public relations and web presence. This position is ideal for a proactive professional with a background in public administration who is passionate about social integration. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training for the second entry level in Administration and Finance (formerly middle service), or Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellter/Angestelltenprüfung I), or Office Management Specialist (Kaufmann für Büromanagement).
Experience
- Professional experience in municipal administration required
- Experience in office management or administrative coordination
- Experience in organizing meetings and managing board activities
- Experience in networking and stakeholder management within a social or governmental context
- Experience in public relations or digital content maintenance

- Must be willing to work outside of standard business hours for board meetings or events. Position is based in Frankenthal (Pfalz) and is open to full-time or job-sharing arrangements.
