As a Technical Process Planner, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a brand-new department focused on vacuum brazing and heat treatment processes. Your daily responsibilities involve the independent planning, control, and monitoring of production workflows to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines. You will act as a key coordinator between personnel, machinery, and materials while driving continuous process optimization and automation projects. This role is highly dynamic, involving feasibility studies for new products and direct communication with international customers and suppliers. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician, or a university degree in a technical field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in production planning, process optimization, or manufacturing.
- Specific experience in metal processing or heat treatment is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in resource coordination including personnel, machinery, and materials.
- Experience in technical documentation and stakeholder communication.
