Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive Technical Process Planner to join a high-tech, family-run precision engineering firm, specializing in complex components for industries like semiconductor and aerospace. You will be instrumental in establishing the new Vacuum Brazing department and further developing heat treatment processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently planning, controlling, and monitoring vacuum brazing production processes, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules, and coordinating critical resources (personnel, machinery, materials). A key focus will be continuous process optimization, implementing automation projects, and managing technical documentation for new products and projects. Candidates must possess a technical degree or equivalent certification (Technician/Master Craftsman) and several years of professional experience in manufacturing planning or process optimization, ideally within metal processing or heat treatment.
