Job Summary
As an Application & Systems Support Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for the WinGuard platform and its extensive range of over 500 adapters. Your daily responsibilities involve hands-on problem solving through remote sessions, where you will analyze, debug, and optimize network protocols and system issues. You will be responsible for structuring and prioritizing support tickets, managing security certificates, and integrating various IT disciplines including virtualization and database management. This role is highly collaborative, requiring international cooperation to ensure the stable operation of integrated systems. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Experience in handling IT security mechanisms and certificate management
- Proven experience with remote desktop tools and troubleshooting in live environments
