Job Summary

As a Service Desk Technician at FERCHAU, you will play a critical role in supporting end-users for prominent automotive OEMs and suppliers. Your daily responsibilities include providing technical support via phone, ticketing systems, and in-person interactions, as well as managing the lifecycle of hardware from setup to maintenance. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues within a Windows environment, managing user accounts in Active Directory, and ensuring network stability. A significant portion of the role involves maintaining IT security standards through patching, updates, and audit participation.
