Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of support requests within a professional ticket and telephone system. Your daily responsibilities include accepting, analyzing, and resolving 1st and 2nd level support queries, while escalating complex cases to 3rd level experts. Beyond reactive troubleshooting, you will actively contribute to customer projects involving data cleansing and error analysis, ensuring internal systems remain up-to-date and documented. Required Skills

Education

Experience
