Job Summary

As a Calibration Technician at FERCHAU, you will play a critical role in ensuring the precision and reliability of both in-house and externally developed measurement systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve executing calibration procedures, generating detailed test reports and certificates, and evaluating measurement results to recommend necessary repairs or modifications. You will also take a lead role in planning calibration activities in coordination with production and external service providers, while continuously optimizing processes to meet ISO 17025 standards. This position is particularly attractive as it offers a permanent contract with high levels of autonomy, flexible working hours through flextime, and the opportunity to serve as a redundant Calibration Officer within the Test Systems Engineering department. It is an ideal role for a technical specialist who enjoys a mix of hands-on technical work and process management within a supportive family-owned engineering firm.
