As a key member of the Core Compliance Team at Sparkasse Bremen, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's information security landscape in close collaboration with the Information Security Officer. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating and validating target-performance comparisons, conducting gap and risk analyses, and overseeing structural and protection requirement assessments. You will act as a strategic advisor to various departments, guiding them through the implementation and documentation of security measures while monitoring their progress. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a commercial or IT-related field, or a university degree in (Business) Informatics, Technical Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an IT environment or specifically within Information Security
- Extensive experience in conducting target-performance comparisons and risk assessments
- Proven track record in project participation and cross-departmental consulting
- Experience in creating and presenting technical reports to stakeholders
- Professional experience in a structured, analytical work environment
