As a Senior Specialist within the Core Compliance team at Sparkasse Bremen, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital future of a leading financial institution. Your daily responsibilities involve managing ICT risk management, developing IT governance frameworks, and ensuring compliance with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) requirements. You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), conducting audits, and overseeing external IT service providers. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to work closely with the Information Security Officer and represent the Emergency Management Officer when necessary.
