This role involves leading the connection of renewable energy generation plants to the distribution grid using intelligent transfer stations, including transformer stations and remote control and protection technology. Based in Bayreuth, you will manage the entire project lifecycle from initial bid preparation to final customer acceptance, maintaining responsibility for budget control and the continuous optimization of workflows. You will serve as the primary point of contact for projects, handling negotiations and supplementary offers. This position is ideal for a technical professional who enjoys a mix of commercial responsibility and hands-on engineering oversight. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Buildings and Energy Systems, Master Craftsman (Meister) in Electrical Engineering, State-Certified Technician, or a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in connecting energy generation plants to the distribution grid
  • Practical experience applying technical connection rules for low and medium voltage (VDE-AR-N 4105/4110)
  • Experience in full project lifecycle management including commercial budget control
  • Proven track record in technical negotiation and supplementary offer creation
