As a Project Manager for Renewable Energy and Medium Voltage Transformer Stations, you will play a pivotal role in connecting energy generation plants to the distribution grid. Operating out of Bayreuth, your daily responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, from initial bid preparation and budget management to the final customer acceptance of intelligent transfer stations. You will oversee technical components such as transformer stations, telecontrol, and protection technology while continuously optimizing workflows. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in electrical engineering who enjoys a mix of technical oversight and commercial responsibility. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Buildings and Energy Systems, Master Craftsman (Meister), State-certified Technician, or a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in connecting energy generation plants to distribution grids
  • Practical knowledge of technical connection rules for low and medium voltage (VDE-AR-N 4105/4110)
  • Experience in project lifecycle management including commercial budget control and offer creation
  • Proven track record in technical and commercial coordination within the electrical or energy sector
