Job Summary

This role involves the independent coordination, steering, and monitoring of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) trades for renovation and expansion projects within existing real estate assets. Based in Bielefeld, you will manage projects from the initial planning phase through execution to final acceptance and liability for defects. Your daily responsibilities include controlling quality, schedules, and costs, as well as providing technical clarification during the tendering and awarding process. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, authorities, and specialist engineers while coordinating the commissioning of technical building systems.
