Job Summary

As a Business Process Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving and optimizing processes along the Go-to-Market strategy for a leading European real estate and construction firm. Your daily responsibilities will involve aligning practical process requirements with production site needs, from initial planning through to full implementation. You will act as a bridge between factory locations and specialist departments, using process management methodologies to ensure sustainable improvements. A significant part of the role includes serving as a Key User for the ERP system, where you will design and conduct integration and business tests while maintaining high-quality master data. You will also be responsible for visualizing complex sales processes and creating training concepts to empower teams. This position is ideal for a proactive professional with a background in production-related environments who enjoys a mix of technical system management and cross-functional collaboration. The role is offered on a fixed-term basis until October 2027.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in (Business) Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in sales processes, work preparation, or supply chain management
  • Professional experience in a production-related environment
  • Proven experience working with integrated ERP systems
  • Practical experience in planning and implementing process optimization projects
  • Experience in the conception and introduction of ERP, MES, or BI systems
