Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in (Medical) Informatics, Natural Sciences, or a related field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in programming using languages such as Java, Python, or R
  • Experience with ETL and streaming technologies like Apache Kafka or Java Spring Batch
  • Experience with modern software development workflows and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Professional knowledge of clinical processes and medical terminologies
  • Experience in independent problem-solving and scientific research environments
