You will be responsible for the independent management and further development of IT-supported processes within the Admissions Office, specifically utilizing Campus Management software (HIS e.G.) and external web applications like Hochschulstart and uni-assist. Day-to-day tasks include processing enrollment applications, conducting admission procedures, and generating statistical evaluations. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • 1+ year of professional experience in university or public administration for candidates with a Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of professional experience in university or public administration for candidates with vocational administrative training
  • 1+ year of professional experience specifically in the application or development of IT-supported administrative processes
  • Professional experience in processing admissions and enrollment applications
  • Experience in project-based working environments
