This role involves providing high-level technical support for a global technology leader, ensuring the seamless operation of Windows PCs and Android smartphones for a diverse user base, including VIP executives and technical staff. As a Senior Service Technician, you will act as a technical expert responsible for rapid problem resolution, proactive maintenance, and the execution of 'Smart Hands' tasks such as managing video conferencing systems, network testing, and IT equipment relocation. You will work independently across various client environments, ensuring all processes align with ITIL standards and defined service requirements. Required Skills

Education

Completed University Degree or Vocational Training in an IT-related field (or 7+ years of equivalent experience)

Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience if no degree is held
  • Several years of professional experience in IT support specifically serving demanding or VIP clients
  • Deep technical knowledge of Windows operating systems and Android mobile support
  • Practical experience working with Google Workspace and ITIL-based processes
  • Proven experience with SCCM, BitLocker, and Batch scripting
