Job Summary

As a Project Engineer for Digitalization Projects, you will play a pivotal role in the 'Digital Rail Germany' initiative, specifically focusing on the Munich network. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the planning and implementation of construction projects with a heavy emphasis on control and safety technology, including ETCS and interlocking systems. You will coordinate technical support across all project phases—from initial tendering to final acceptance—while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and technical standards. This role requires close collaboration with various disciplines to maintain project schedules and budgets. Required Skills

Education

  • Experience with electronic interlocking systems or related commissioning processes.
  • Professional experience in technical project steering and coordination across multiple project phases.
  • Proven track record in managing technical documentation and regulatory compliance for construction projects.
