Job Summary

As a Customer Support Engineer for Airbus, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing high-performance server environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the setup, installation, and maintenance of both virtual and physical Linux servers, specifically utilizing HP Synergy, Blade Center, and ProLiant hardware alongside HP 3PAR storage solutions. You will serve as a key point of contact for 2nd level incident management, focusing on RedHat Enterprise Linux and CentOS systems. Beyond troubleshooting, you will engage in complex problem analysis, operative release management for core and radio networks, and oversee change and configuration management.
