Job Summary

This role as an Order Manager involves taking full responsibility for the end-to-end processing and monitoring of customer orders. Day-to-day tasks include performing technical reviews and evaluations of incoming customer requests, managing the order flow from initial acceptance to final delivery, and coordinating customer acceptance procedures. The ideal candidate possesses a qualification such as a Technician, Master Craftsman, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Control Technology. Success in this position requires fluent German and intermediate English skills, coupled with expert proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and advanced knowledge of the wider Office suite. Candidates should also have a good understanding of metal components and relevant manufacturing processes.
