Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated 1st-Level IT Support Specialist, working exclusively during night shifts, weekends, and holidays within a rotating schedule. The primary responsibilities include receiving and processing IT incidents and service requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems. The specialist will perform initial troubleshooting, resolve common issues independently, and escalate complex problems to relevant departments or external providers. Key tasks also involve supporting the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT workstations, managing standard applications and hardware both on-site and remotely, and meticulously documenting all incidents, solutions, and workarounds in the knowledge base. This position is ideal for someone with a strong IT background who thrives in a nocturnal environment and is committed to providing continuous support.
Required Skills
Education
Completed IT training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable experience
