As a Technical Trainer II at KHS, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational excellence of world-class filling and packaging systems. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive training sessions for customers and internal employees, focusing on the operation, maintenance, and electrical components of KHS equipment. Beyond instruction, you will mentor Field Service Technicians, develop training plans, and design instructional materials using diverse methods such as simulations and role-playing. This role is unique in its blend of technical expertise and pedagogical application, requiring you to act as both a subject matter expert and a brand ambassador. You will support training sales and maintain high standards of safety and professional conduct while traveling to various sites.
