As the Team Lead for CDC Incident Response at Schwarz Digits, you will be the primary authority responsible for the internal incident response operations across the entire Schwarz Group, including major brands like Lidl and Kaufland. Your day-to-day will involve managing the incident response portfolio, steering stakeholder communications, and refining the Cyber Security Incident Management processes. You will lead a 24/7 service operation, ensuring high-quality analysis standards and developing training programs for analysts and shift leads. This role is unique as it combines high-level leadership with technical depth; you will be expected to lead major security incidents and provide hands-on support for standard analyst tasks when necessary.
