Job Summary

As a Project Engineer or Electrical Technician specializing in medium voltage, you will play a pivotal role in the e-mobility revolution. You will be responsible for the technical design, planning, and coordination of transformer stations, ensuring all installations are safe, efficient, and compliant with grid requirements. Your day-to-day involves managing projects from the initial offer phase through to final commissioning, acting as a central point of contact for grid operators, authorities, and internal teams. You will meticulously research and apply technical standards (such as VDE and DIN) to ensure seamless grid integration. This position is ideal for proactive professionals who want to work at the intersection of renewable energy and infrastructure. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician or equivalent qualification. Ideally further training as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the field of medium voltage, transformer stations, or grid connection projects
  • Professional experience in handling norms, guidelines, and technical connection conditions of grid operators
  • Practical experience in the application of VDE standards (e.g., 0101, 0105, VDE-AR-N 4110)
  • Experience in coordinating with authorities, suppliers, and external service providers

  • Valid Class B driver's license is required. Willingness to travel within Germany and Austria is necessary.
