Job Summary

As a Software Developer at BurdaSolutions, you will play a central role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining reliable payroll processes for Hubert Burda Media. Working closely with HR payroll specialists, you will ensure stable and legally compliant payroll solutions, primarily focusing on the technical support and advancement of SAP HCM on-premise. Your daily responsibilities include managing schemas, rules, and billing modules, as well as analyzing and implementing legislative or tariff-based changes. You will be instrumental in month-end and year-end closing activities, troubleshooting complex 3rd-level support cases, and performing code reviews to ensure system performance.
