As a Software Developer at BurdaSolutions, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing reliable payroll processes for Hubert Burda Media. Working closely with HR payroll specialists, you will ensure the stability and performance of SAP HCM on-premise solutions. Your daily responsibilities include the technical maintenance of SAP HCM Payroll, including schemas, rules, and accounting modules. You will analyze and implement legal changes, support monthly and year-end closing activities, and handle 3rd-level support for complex payroll cases. The role is highly collaborative, involving code reviews, performance optimizations, and strategic consulting for the transition toward H4S4/S/4HANA HCM.
