Job Summary

As a Control Systems Engineering Manager, you will take on both technical and disciplinary leadership of a specialized team while remaining active in day-to-day operations. Your primary focus is ensuring the 24/7 availability and security of control systems used for power grid and plant operations. This involves overseeing OT and IT security, maintaining Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), and implementing robust security concepts based on risk analysis. You will manage vulnerability patching, conduct audits, and lead renewal or expansion projects for high-availability systems. A unique aspect of this role is the opportunity to evaluate and introduce AI-supported analysis and attack detection methods. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree in Computer Science, Automation Technology, Control Engineering, Industrial Security, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Proven experience in technical and disciplinary leadership of a team
  • Extensive experience in planning, testing, and parameterization of protection and network technology
  • Professional experience in high-availability system administration and interface management
  • Experience in conducting internal and external security audits
