As a Process Development Associate in Biotechnology, you will play a central role in the innovation and optimization of biotechnological products. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the independent planning, execution, and evaluation of experiments essential for process and product development. You will be responsible for producing technical batches and ensuring that all work is documented according to strict regulatory standards in both German and English. Beyond laboratory work, you will present your findings to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all quality and safety protocols, such as Good Scientific Practice (GSP), are strictly followed. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in pharmacy or process engineering who enjoys working in a structured, team-oriented environment. Required Skills

Education
