This role involves a long-term assignment of 12 to 24 months in Illkirch-Graffenstaden, France, following an intensive onboarding period in Germany. Your daily responsibilities include performing on-site incident management and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks, maintaining hardware and software, and administering IT infrastructure such as network and server environments. You will provide 1st and 2nd level support to users while ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT System Electronics Technician, IT Specialist for Systems Integration, or a comparable professional qualification.

Experience

  • Approximately 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT Field Service
  • Experience in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of IT hardware and software
  • Professional experience in IT infrastructure and network administration
  • Previous international work experience is considered an advantage
  • Experience working with ITIL processes and ticket systems
