Job Summary

This role is part of the newly formed 'HR Digital' team within the HR Tech, Analytics & Projects department at Rossmann's headquarters. You will be responsible for driving the automation and digitalization of HR business processes by developing Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and prototypes. Your day-to-day tasks involve analyzing existing tools and data sources, designing interface concepts using REST APIs, and scouting for innovative technologies such as AI to optimize HR workflows. You will act as a bridge between HR requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that data collection and evaluation processes are automated for data-driven decision-making. This position is ideal for a pragmatic developer who enjoys fast-paced prototyping and wants to shape the future of HR technology.
