This role involves comprehensive HR management within the Plauen City Administration, focusing on both civil service and collective bargaining law. The specialist will handle a wide range of personnel matters, from employee support (e.g., working hours, parental leave, promotions) to advising departmental leaders on HR inquiries. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Public Administration (Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt (FH)/ Bachelor of Laws), Certified Public Administrator (Verwaltungsfachwirt), Angestelltenlehrgang II, or comparable qualification. Alternatively, a qualification as a Administrative Assistant (Verwaltungsfachangestellter) or Certified HR Specialist (Personalfachkaufmann) with willingness to complete Angestelltenlehrgang II. Trainer certification for administrative assistants is desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience in the HR department of a public administration (if not holding a relevant degree)
- Experience with civil service and collective bargaining law
- Experience in employee support and advisory roles
