As a Senior Backend Developer for Geospatial Solutions at infraView (a Deutsche Bahn subsidiary), you will play a pivotal role in evolving the X2BIM SaaS sensor-fusion platform. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Geoinformatics, Geodesy, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the development of geospatial web applications and spatial data infrastructures
- Professional experience with Kotlin, Ktor, and Exposed frameworks
- Extensive experience in database management using PostgreSQL and PostGIS
- Proven experience applying Clean Architecture and SOLID principles in a production environment
- Experience working with containerization and microservice architectures
- Practical experience with OGC services and caching standards is preferred
