This role involves managing 3rd-level support for complex technical issues while collaborating closely with development, operations, and project teams. You will be responsible for analyzing recurring malfunctions, deriving improvement measures, and overseeing the transition of new technologies from project phases into regular operations, including documentation and monitoring. Required Skills

Education

  • Proven track record in 3rd-level support and technical troubleshooting
