This role involves performing critical microbiological testing on raw materials and finished products at Nutrichem Diät + Pharma GmbH, a subsidiary of B. Braun. Based in Roth, the successful candidate will conduct bioassays for vitamin determination, in-process controls, and sensory evaluations. Daily responsibilities include documenting results, maintaining laboratory equipment, and participating in validation and qualification projects. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Biological Laboratory Technician, Dairy Laboratory Technician, BTA (Biological Technical Assistant), LTA (Laboratory Technical Assistant), or a comparable qualification in the food sector.
Experience
- Professional experience in microbiology is desirable
