Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the regulatory compliance of nutritional supplements, enteral nutrition, and sports nutrition products at Nutrichem Diät + Pharma GmbH. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and approving procurement documents for packaging materials, managing allergen labeling, and conducting conformity assessments. You will act as a key point of contact for B2B customers and collaborate on implementing changes in European food law. The position requires a proactive approach to evaluating new product concepts and raw materials under food law aspects, as well as preparing for internal and external audits. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Ecotrophology, Food Technology, Food Chemistry, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in Regulatory Affairs, ideally within the food sector (FSMP and dietary supplements)
- Experience in regulatory processes from product development through to approval
- Proven experience in dealing with customers and regulatory authorities
- Experience in international cooperation or international environments
