Job Summary

As a Metering Change Process Specialist, you will join a support team focused on the digital transformation of the energy industry. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing change processes in metering, creating detailed workflow documentation, and conducting technical system training. You will play a vital role in quality assurance by performing end-to-end testing, identifying software bugs, and collaborating with developers to implement process improvements. Additionally, you will handle data collection and analysis to derive actionable business insights. This role is particularly attractive because it offers an entry-point into the smart meter and intelligent metering systems (iMsys) sector, providing comprehensive onboarding for those new to the energy industry. The position features a 37-hour work week, 30 days of vacation, and 'workation' options allowing you to work from other European countries for up to 20 days per year.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training with additional qualifications (e.g., Certified Specialist/Fachwirt, Master Craftsman/Meister, or Technician) or a university degree.

Experience

Professional experience in process management or administrative support within a technical environment
Experience in data collection, analysis, and deriving business measures
Proven track record in customer-oriented communication and problem-solving
Experience in creating workflow descriptions or conducting system training is preferred
Familiarity with agile working methods and collaborative team environments
