Job Summary

As the Head of Gas and Water Network Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the transformation and growth of the utility infrastructure in the Freiburg region. You will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical leadership of the department, overseeing the operation, maintenance, and emergency management of gas and water assets to ensure high supply quality. A significant part of your role involves serving as the Technical Manager according to TSM (Technical Safety Management) standards, ensuring all planning, construction, and operational tasks comply with legal regulations and DVGW rules. Experience

  • Extensive expertise in the operation of gas and water networks, including plant and measurement technology
  • Proven track record in strategic management and analytical decision-making
  • Experience as a Technical Manager (Technische Führungskraft) according to DVGW standards is highly preferred
  • Experience in managing certifications, audits, and compliance with technical standards
